First steps after moving
We encourage all new residents to stop by the Muirfield Association office or email the Muirfield Association office at info@muirfieldassociation.com at their earliest convenience to receive new resident information and to obtain Muirfield ID cards.
Staff is available Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. for walk in new residents. Please do not arrive past 4:00 p.m. You're welcome to call ahead, but no appointment is necessary - just stop in and see us! The office is closed on all federal holidays. Please check the Muirfield calendar to for these dates. To find our office, we recommend downloading a PDF of detailed map with driving directions.
Want to get a head start?
Please download and fill out the New Resident Form. Once completed, mail or fax it to our office, email it to info@muirfieldassociation.com, or bring it when you come for orientation.

What if I'm unable to come to orientation?
We understand that many people work during the same hours that our office is open. If an adult family member is not available to come to the office for orientation, please fill out the New Resident Form and mail or email it to us, and read the contents of the New Resident packet.

Please be aware that Muirfield photo ID cards are necessary to enter the pool facilities, whether swimming or not. Card creation only takes approximately 3 minutes per card, so please make plans to visit the office before pool season starts in order to be admitted.
