At each annual meeting of the voting members of Muirfield Association, three directors shall be elected to a three-year term. If you have not already done so, please view the Board of Directors Nominees using the link below before voting. Muirfield Board Candidates 2024

Design Review

All exterior property additions, changes, removals, or any type of exterior construction to any part of any Muirfield property must be approved in writing by the Design Control Committee before any work begins.

When an owner wishes to make changes to the property, the plans must be reviewed by the MDCC before the project begins. The MDCC meets bi-monthly. Applications received by the Association office by 12:00 p.m. the Friday prior to the meeting date will be included on the agenda for the upcoming meeting. Applications received after that time will be placed on the agenda for the following meeting. Applications must be submitted timely to obtain the earliest possible response.
