MUIRFIELD NEWS AND ANNOUNCEMENTS

Muirfield ID Card Application

Pool staff will only accept the electronic Muirfield ID cards for pool entry this summer. Our system as of 2023 allows residents to have their Muirfield ID cards on their cellular phones as an electronic ID card. You can add and store the electronic ID card to an Apple or Android mobile device.

Every resident over 5 years of age is required to have a Muirfield photo ID card. You must have a valid Muirfield Association Photo ID card to access the pool facilities, whether swimming or not.

If you do not have an electronic ID card please follow the link below to fill out the form in order to get your electronic Muirfield ID card. When filling out the form under the ‘Patrons’ tab you will need to add members of your household including yourself. Once you are approved, the E-cards will be sent to the email provided in the submission.

All exterior property additions, changes, removals, or any type of exterior construction to any part of any Muirfield property must be approved in writing by the Design Control Committee before any work begins.

When an owner wishes to make changes to the property, the plans must be reviewed by the MDCC before the project begins. The MDCC meets bi-monthly. Applications received by the Association office by 12:00 p.m. the Friday prior to the meeting date will be included on the agenda for the upcoming meeting. Applications received after that time will be placed on the agenda for the following meeting. Applications must be submitted timely to obtain the earliest possible response.
