SIGN UP FOR TENNIS PROGRAMS

To sign up for any adult or junior tennis program, you may register in person at the courts or fill out the form below.

To ensure we register you for the correct program(s) or session(s), please be specific. Include the program and/or session name and the date and time. You may use this form to register for more than one program or session.

A parent must sign a waiver before their child is permitted to participate in any Junior tennis program.

If you sign up in person, payment may be made at that time. Otherwise, payment is due on the first day of class. No exceptions!
