Snow Plowing

The City of Dublin has established plowing priorities which are listed below. With the exception of the gated areas, all streets in Muirfield are city streets and must be treated and plowed by the city.

Priority 1 is major arteries.

Priority 2 is main roads through subdivisions and streets connecting two or more priority 1 streets.

Priority 3 is residential streets, courts, cul-de-sacs and alleys. These will be serviced once priority 1 and priority 2 streets are cleared. Most Muirfield streets are considered Priority 3 by the city.

Read more about priorities and go to the SnowGo site for current treatment information.

MUIRFIELD FAQs

Annual assessment invoices have been mailed/emailed and should have arrived by now. Residents on paper communications should look for a white, business size envelope in the mail. Residents on electronic communications should have received an email that may look like spam. The email came from “Muirfield Association Management, LLC” and the title is “Your Account Statement is Ready”. Here's what the body of the email looks like. Watch your spam and deleted items!

The annual assessment rate is $2.20 per $1,000 of the fair market value of the property as determined on or about January 1 of each year by the County Auditor. In light of the fact that so many property values went up, the board of directors decreased the amount of the assessment from $2.25 per $1,000 to the new $2.20 per $1,000 as of last year's billing.

The assessment is billed one year in arrears, similar to property taxes. The assessment being billed in 2019 is for the year 2018.

To calculate the annual assessment amount, take the fair market value as placed on the property by the county auditor and multiply it times .0022 to get the annual assessment. For example, if the fair market value of a property as of January 1 is $300,000, the invoice for the prior year (January 1 through December 31) will be $660.00.

If you have an overpayment or underpayment from the previous year, this amount should reflect on your invoice. Please call the office if you have questions.

We have recently formed a partnership with Alliance Association Bank (AAB), who works exclusively with HOAs and common interest communities. They as based in Las Vegas, Nevada, and are processing our payments. Please mail payments to:

With the exception of the two gated communities in Muirfield Village, all streets are city streets and will be plowed and treated by the City of Dublin. Muirfield Association doesn't plow city streets. Please visit the City of Dublin's snow removal page for more information.

The Resident Directory is located in the Members Area of the website.

We'd like to add as many residents as possible! Directory FAQs are here. The minimum information required to be in the directory is the name of one head of household and their Muirfield street address. Optionally, residents can choose to include other household members' names, phone numbers and/or emails. Add your listing here!

Our office is located at 8372 Muirfield Drive on the same driveway as the Muirfield Drive (Holbrook) pool and tennis courts. Continue past the tennis courts and you will dead end into our building. We have very specific directions online or download an aerial map and direction here. GPS units are generally unreliable for finding our office correctly.
