MUIRFIELD VILLAGE BY-LAWS - ARTICLE 7
Article 7 - Seal
The board of trustees may adopt and alter a corporate seal, and use the same or a facsimile thereof, but failure to affix the corporate seal, if any, shall not affect the validity of any instrument.
