DECLARATION ARTICLE 11
Article 11 - Period of Duration
These Restrictions, and the charges and liens provided for herein, shall be deemed to urn with the land; shall continue in full force and effect for a period of thirty-five (35) years from the date hereof; and shall be automatically reinstated for a like period unless written objection is theretofore declared and filed by the Association or by Muirfield with Recorders of Franklin and Delaware Counties, Ohio.
