MARILEE CHINNICI-ZUERCHER - 6043 Glenbarr Place

Thirty-three years ago, my late husband and I, decided to make Dublin our home. For the last 15 years I have lived in Muirfield Village. In 2015, I retired from serving on Dublin City Council for 16 years. During that time, I served 6 years as Mayor and 4 years as Chair of Finance Committee. Prior to this, I served 4 years on the Planning and Zoning Commission and served as Chair. In 2015, I retired from being CEO of HandsOn Central Ohio for 22 years. During that time, I served on the Points of Light Foundation Board, promoting volunteerism throughout the world.

I currently serve on the Boards of Syntero, Dublin Arts Council, Indian Run UMC and Glenbarr HOA. Since joining the Muirfield Board, I established and became the Treasurer of MA and chair the Finance Committee. I helped develop the RFP for an auditor, interviewed and hired an auditor for MA and established the finance committee that quarterly reviews and ensures expenditures are consistent with our approved budget.

I AM ASKING FOR YOUR VOTE to continue my work in the finance area, updating financial policies and procedures, establishing criteria for prioritizing projects, continue seeking multiple bids for projects and reviewing monthly expenditures. As a returning board member, I would also continue to find ways to attract new residents to Muirfield and protect the quality of our investment.

DIANA EVANS - 6020 Springburn Drive

My name is Diana Evans, I live at 6020 Springburn Dr., and I am running for re-election to the Home Owners Association Board of Directors.

My family have been long time residents, planning to live here for many years to come. I have seen many changes in Dublin, and am happy to say Muirfield has kept up with changes to keep Muirfield a great, competitive, financial steady area in which to live. To prepare for the Board, I was a member of the Grounds and Facilities Committee.

The Muirfield Board has been very careful to think about any changes that are suggested and how the changes might affect our valuation of our residences. Outside of our families, our home is a valued possession and we need to take care of it. I know the Board listens to residents and responds to suggestions that residents provide.

We are members of Dublin Community Church. I am a docent at the Columbus Zoo, Treasurer in an Investment Club for several years, Vice President of the Muirfield Garden Club, Rear Commodore of Leatherlips Yacht Club, member of Muirfield Empty Nesters and of Buckeye Ranch Sustaining Board. From working with these groups, I have a knowledge of budgets and spending.

My husband and I enjoy traveling, and as we see other countries and communities, we know that Muirfield is the place we want to be.

I am asking for your vote for re-election to the Board of Directors.

Diana Evans

ANDREW GRAHAM - 5678 Duddingston Drive

My wife and I have been Muirfield residents since 2012. I grew up in this area and working at the Muirfield Village Golf Club for several years really endeared me to this community. After living in other countries for several years, we moved here for the first-class facilities and amenities as well as the social events for all ages. We are thrilled to have made this the home for our 2 sons and ourselves, and we have located our consulting business in Bridge Park. Now that our boys are old enough to be in school, I want to be involved in keeping Muirfield at the high levels of excellence it is, and putting it ahead of newer competitors.

I currently serve on the Muirfield Civic Action Committee (CAC), which has allowed me to collaborate with many community leaders working for the betterment of Dublin and Muirfield. This has included Dublin Schools administrators, disseminating info on elections and road closures, and I was involved in planning for the new Dublin Library. Our group is very concerned about overdevelopment of vacant land, and we are advocating with Township and City officials to require a school impact study for any new development.

I ask your support to become even more involved, joining the Association’s Board. My corporate background and my willingness to involve myself in the community will be valuable to both the Muirfield Association and to the wider Dublin community.

I respectfully ask for your vote in this election.

JOHN REINER - 8977 Turin Hill Court North

My wife, Sheila and I, have been residents of Muirfield Village for thirty-nine years and are the parents of four children. I am Co-President of Oakland Nursery, Inc. I am a graduate of The Ohio State University and attended Harvard University Graduate School of Design, Continuing Professional Education Management and Marketing.

I have served on the Muirfield Association Board of Directors for the past twenty-nine years having been president 1992 through 1994. I also serve on the Muirfield Design Control Committee. I was Vice Chairman of the Dublin Planning and Zoning Commission for eight years and was the recipient of the 1990 Citizen of the Year Award from the City of Dublin. I received the Society of Landscape Architects highest award for my work with progressive legislation. In 1996, I was honored as a “Community Hero” and was selected to carry the Olympic torch for my charitable activities and service to the city. I currently serve the Governor of the State of Ohio as the President of the Board of Landscape Architect Examiners.

I was appointed to Dublin City Council in 1997, and continue as Ward III Councilman, which covers the majority of Muirfield Village. I wrote and assisted with much of the early legislation that has set Dublin apart from other cities (regarding signage, land use, park acquisition, bicycle trails, landscaping, and underground utilities).

My primary goal as a returning board member is to continue to find ways that maximize the re-sale value of Muirfield homes and also protect the quality of life issues that attract families to our community. I have been resolute in keeping our association dues as low as possible and keeping the quality of our community extraordinary. I humbly seek your support in these endeavors.
