ROBERT FATHMAN - 5805 TARTON CIRCLE NORTH

My wife and I have lived in Muirfield for 28 years and have been involved in many ways. For the past several years I have chaired the Muirfield Civic Action Committee, a group that successfully pressured AEP into spending $14 million upgrading electric service in Muirfield.

Then as a Board Member of the Association and now as Board President I have been an advocate not just for keeping Muirfield up to date, but for advancing it ahead of newer subdivisions with improvement to facilities, landscaping and the website. I have actively sent out e-mail blasts informing residents of happenings in Muirfield and Dublin, “getting to know us” bios on staff and Board members, election info and notices of road closures. I have supported pool improvements including the splash park, water slide, pickleball courts and upgraded restrooms.

Spending on bike path maintenance increased, more doggie poop stations have been installed, the Association has upgraded landscaping for Muirfield neighborhood entrances, added stone walls and new flowers and irrigation systems where water is available. Changing legal representation has resulted in vastly improved collection of past-due accounts and better compliance with deed requirements.

Directors need to look forward, and not just be content with the past. I want Muirfield to be the place where your home value increases, and where your children and grandchildren will return to live. As you consider candidates, I hope you will support the efforts I’ve made to move Muirfield forward financially, aesthetically and with improved facilities.

RORY GAYDOS – 8900 TURIN HILL COURT NORTH

Friends and Neighbors:

I am seeking re-election to the Board of Directors. Having served one term on the board has been rewarding and I believe I can continue my good work and visions for our community. I bring with me a masters degree from The Ohio State University in Public Policy and Management with a focus on non-profit organizations such as our home owners association. Professionally I have had several roles as a technology director for non-profit organizations.

Muirfield is a neighborhood that my wife Christina Alutto and our 5 children are proud to call home. Christina is currently serving on her second term as your at-large city council representative and all our children volunteer throughout our community. We have children enrolled in both Jerome high school and Eli Pinney grade school.

As a member of the board I will work to ensure we remain fiscally responsible and continue to work with the City of Dublin to provide resources to Muirfield. Furthermore, I will continue to focus on streamlining operations in an effort to ensure we are utilizing our resources responsibly.

During my last term on the board of directors I have had the pleasure to be a driving part of the team that brought you legal and legible street signs at no cost to our association, background checks for new employees, regular drug testing for employees, and reduced annual fees.

I ask for your vote so that I have the opportunity to continue to represent you.

ANDREW GRAHAM - 5678 Duddingston Drive

My wife and I have been Muirfield residents since 2012. I grew up in this area and working at the Muirfield Village Golf Club for several years really endeared me to this community. After living in other countries for several years, we moved here for the first-class facilities and amenities as well as the social events for all ages. We are thrilled to have made this the home for our 2 sons and ourselves, and we have located our consulting business in Bridge Park. Now that our boys are old enough to be in school, I want to be involved in keeping Muirfield at the high levels of excellence it is and putting it ahead of newer competitors.

I currently serve on the Muirfield Civic Action Committee (CAC), which has allowed me to collaborate with many community leaders working for the betterment of Dublin and Muirfield. This has included Dublin Schools administrators, disseminating info on elections and road closures, and I was involved in planning for the new Dublin Library. Our group is very concerned about overdevelopment of vacant land, and we are advocating with Township and City officials to require a school impact study for any new development.

I ask your support to become even more involved, joining the Association’s Board. My corporate background and my willingness to involve myself in the community will be valuable to both the Muirfield Association and to the wider Dublin community.

I respectfully ask for your vote in this election.

MICHAEL RUSSELL – 5795 TARTON CIRCLE NORTH

Twenty years ago, my wife, Peggy and three daughters settled in Muirfield Village. While house hunting, we were continually drawn to Muirfield for the amenities, natural surroundings, water, and required architectural design standards. As an architect, I appreciate the aspects of continuity; yet still how we maintain the sense of small and unique neighborhoods throughout the village.

During the past 7 years on the Board, I have endeavored to help Muirfield be pro-active in managing, and upgrading, our resources to allow Muirfield to maintain the competitive edge that it has in the housing market. I have continued to bring fresh ideas to the board and make an impact on our surroundings, and in maintaining the amenities available to each of us

With 30+ years of experience in architecture, managing large design and construction projects, I add a diversified capability to the board. This experience benefits the Muirfield community in making decisions on the competing needs we have and will continue to prove valuable to Muirfield management and the community

The natural surroundings and landscapes are important first impressions of our community and have as much to do with maintaining property values as the homes. For this reason, we need to continue to think of the Village as a whole, and how it contributes to the City of Dublin. Muirfield has unique attributes; the natural surroundings, trails, facilities, ponds, entrances, and amenities, all contribute to the tradition as the premier community in Central Ohio.
