2016 Annual Assessment Invoices Mailed and Emailed Today, Thursday, February 16

2016 Annual Assessment invoices are being mailed and emailed today, Thursday, February 16.

For those who receive postal mail, please keep an eye on your mailbox. If you have not received your invoice by next Thursday’s mail delivery (2/23), please let us know.

For those on electronic communications, your invoice should arrive in your inbox today or Friday. If it is not there, please check your bulk or spam folder. Please email info@muirfieldassociation.com if it has not arrived by Monday.

Invoices are due 30 days after the date on the invoice. The Association accepts the following methods of payment:

By check, money order, or cash: Mail or bring a check, cash or money order to the Association office. If you arrive after hours, there is a locked box by the front door to leave payments in. Do not leave cash in the box!

Make checks and money orders payable to "Muirfield Association, Inc." Our address is:

Muirfield Association, Inc.
8372 Muirfield Drive
Dublin, OH 43017

If you've never visited the office before, use these directions to find us.

By utilizing online banking: If you are already utilizing your bank's online bill pay program, you may pay your invoice like you would any other bill.

Invoices are being sent late this year due to a delay in receiving information from Delaware County. Since annual assessment amounts are based on the fair market value placed on the property by the county auditor, the office could not generate invoices until that information was received and processed.

If you have questions, please email info@muirfieldassociation.com or call us at 614-889-0922.

Firewood Available - Virtually No Waiting!

There's still plenty of time to order firewood! Muirfield Association has about 30 cords of cut and split firewood in stock, ready to be delivered! It's still cold out and there’s virtually no waiting list, so place your order now and you should have your firewood very soon!

The cost is $100 for a half cord and $190 for a full cord. Cost includes delivery of the wood and stacking in an appropriate location on your property. Wood must be paid for at the time of delivery by either check or cash.

Wood must be stacked at the rear of the house or an area screened so it is not visible from the street or an eyesore to neighboring properties. The delivery area must be easily accessible by wheelbarrow. If extra handling is needed, there will be an extra cost.

To request firewood, order online in the Members Area, email info@muirfieldassociation.com, or contact the office at 614-889-0922. If emailing or calling, please tell us:

All orders are on a first come, first served basis. If you have questions or want to place an order, email info@muirfieldassociation.com or call 614-889-0922.

Path Under Carnoustie Closed for Tunnel Repairs in March

The office has just received notice that the Muirfield Association path that runs under Carnoustie Drive between Narin Court and Belisle Court will be closed while the City of Dublin performs repair work on the tunnel.

Carnoustie Drive should remain open; however, there may be lane restrictions.

The City of Dublin is planning to begin work in early March. The timetable may change depending on weather and other unforeseen delays.

We will relay more information about this project and the exact dates of closure once they are made available to us.

Holiday Decorations

Staff has noticed several residents still have holiday lights on the exterior of their homes that were left over from the Christmas holiday season. All holiday decorations should have been removed no later than two weeks after Christmas. To avoid a violation notice, please remove any remaining Christmastime holiday decorations.
