HAVE YOU VOTED YET?

Final Chance…Voting Deadline Approaching!

Time is winding down on this year’s elections for the Board of Directors and Grounds & Facilities Committee members.

For those receiving paper communications: Paper ballots were included in the Annual Meeting packets that were mailed on March 17. Completed ballots may be returned to the Association office either by mail or in person. In order for your ballots to be counted, they must be delivered to the Association office no later than 12 noon on April 2, 2014, or they must be brought to the annual meeting.

For those on electronic communications: Voting will close at 12:00 noon on Wednesday, April 2, 2014. No electronic ballots may be cast after 12 noon and no electronic ballots can be accepted at the meeting.

Electronic ballots were sent to all households who signed up for electronic communications and were also in good standing. If you have not voted, please check your email and spam for an email titled “Voting Ballot from the Muirfield Association”. Biographies of all candidates can be found in the Members Area of the website. Log in and follow the link on the home page for the Annual Meeting Packet.

Ballots Have Been Delivered!

The election is in full swing! If you haven't voted yet, cast your vote today for the Board of Directors and the Grounds & Facilities Committee members!

Paper Ballots

Paper ballots were included in the Annual Meeting packets that were mailed on March 17. Ballots were sent to all households in good standing (no outstanding deed violations or delinquencies). Read the biographies of the candidates, which were included in the packet, and decide who gets your vote. You may vote for up to 3 candidates, including write-ins.

Completed ballots may be returned to the Association office either by mail or in person. If it is after hours, there is a locked box outside our front door for your convenience. Ballots must be delivered to the Association office no later than noon on April 2, 2014, or they must be brought to the annual meeting in order for them to be counted. Ballots with more than 3 candidates checked or ballots without the official Muirfield seal will be discarded and will not be counted.

Electronic Ballots

Electronic ballots were sent on Monday, March 17 to all households who signed up for electronic communications. Only one email was sent per household to the primary email address the Association has on file. Ballots were only sent to those in good standing (no outstanding deed violations or delinquencies). Please check your email and spam for an email from an address similar to "[email protected] on behalf of [email protected] via surveymonkey.com"

Biographies of all candidates can be found in the Members Area of the website. Log in and follow the link on the home page for the Annual Meeting Packet. Rather than the Association creating a non-memorable username and password for residents, we're asking all residents who wish to access this information to create their own, unique username and password for the Members Area. Once your credentials have been verified, you can log in.

Electronic ballots must be cast no later than 12 noon on Wednesday, April 2, 2014 in order to be counted. If you cannot locate your ballot link in your email, please contact the Association office.
