Bike Path Update

The bike path along Muirfield Drive is scheduled to be completed later this month. You may have noticed that the northbound path is practically finished now and that grass has already been re-planted!

Once the path has been completed, please remember to be cautious. There is no barrier or guard rail between the path and street. Watch children carefully so they don’t get too close to the road.

For this and all Dublin construction updates, visit http://dublinohiousa.gov/engineering/construction-updates/.

The Muirfield Association is now on Facebook at https://www.facebook.com/MuirfieldAssociation. Connect with us and with your Muirfield neighbors today! You do not need to have a Facebook account to view the page, but if you have an account, stop by, say hello, and like us! Don’t forget that we’re also on Twitter at https://twitter.com/MuirfieldAssoc.

Update Your Contact Information Online

Do you need to give the Association office a new phone number or email address? Would you like to join the electronic communications program? Do you still need to sign up for the Members Area? If any of this applies, you’re only a few clicks away from doing it all in one place!

Visit the new Manage My Information page to update your information. Most changes will happen the next business day, but may take up to 3 business days. If you need to make a change later, it's just as easy! Simply come back to the form and update it with your new information.

Please contact us with any questions.

Firewood Delivery

The Muirfield Association has begun delivering firewood. If your name is on our list, you should be receiving a call very soon.

There is still plenty of firewood available! A half cord is $100 and a full cord is $190. Cost includes delivery and stacking of this cut and split wood in an easily accessible, appropriate location on your property. Wood must be stacked at the rear of the house or an area screened so it is not visible from the street or an eyesore to neighboring properties. There may be an additional cost if delivery area is not accessible with a wheelbarrow.

To request firewood, respond to this email and provide us with the following information:

Alternately, you may order online in the Members Area of our website.

Paths are Good-Weather Paths

Now that cold weather is here, we want to remind residents that the Muirfield paths are good-weather paths. Please keep in mind that paths are not cleared of ice or snow, so be extremely careful when using them in poor weather conditions. Dress children appropriately for walking in snow on the paths.

Did you know that the Muirfield pathway map and the neighborhood map, both of which show the paths, are available for download free of charge? Visit the Muirfield Maps and Directions page to download the map(s) you prefer.

If you want an original, full size color copy of either map, the Association has them for sale at the office. The cost for residents is $3 for the Muirfield Village map and $2 for the Muirfield Pathways map. Stop by any time during business hours with a check or cash.

Dedication Program

Have you noticed new benches along the paths or the trees and benches at the playgrounds and common grounds? Many of these were purchased by Muirfield residents who wished to honor a loved one, friend or notable family member through Muirfield’s Dedication Program.

This program allows you an opportunity to honor the person(s) of your choice and to share in beautifying our community and common grounds. The Muirfield Association is still proud to offer the following:

For a donation of $300, we will plant a tree (Oak, Maple or Locust) and erect a plaque, identifying your family member or loved one. The tree could be planted in a selected area near the Holbrook Recreation Complex or on a cul-de-sac island. The plaque will be engraved with the donating family’s name or the name of the person being honored.

For a donation of $1,400, we will install a garden swing and erect a plaque. The swing could be placed along a pathway or around one of our lakes. The plaque will be engraved with the donating family’s name or the name of the person being honored.

For a donation of $850, we will install a garden bench and erect a plaque. The bench could be placed along a pathway or around one of our lakes. The plaque will be engraved with the donating family’s name or the name of the person being honored.

If you are interested in participating in this program, contact Sandy at the Association office at 614-889-0922 or [email protected] for details and ordering information.

Design Review Meeting Date Change

The next Design Control Committee meeting has been moved from November 18 to the new date of November 25. If you wish to have a plan reviewed at that meeting, it must be submitted no later than the end of business on November 20.

Additionally, the December meeting date may change. The new date is to be determined. Please keep an eye on our home page or Facebook.

Muirfield Survey Reminder

A few weeks back, the Muirfield Association and the Muirfield Village Civic Association asked for your opinions. The number of responses has been outstanding and we appreciate the feedback we’ve been receiving.

We value the input of all Muirfield residents, so if you have not had time to respond with your family, please take a few minutes to complete the survey:
