In this issue:

Tennis Program Registration

There is still time to sign up for this summer’s tennis programs! Go online to register for adult programs, junior programs, and tennis lessons. Some programs don’t require advanced online registration, such as Cardio tennis. You can find those dates (plus dates for many Muirfield events) on the new Muirfield calendar. There’s something for everyone, so stop by the tennis section!

Finding the tennis page on our website has never been easier... just go to the homepage (or any page)and click the green Tennis button in the upper right hand corner. Hope to see you at the courts!

Swim Season Checklist

Can you believe it? The Muirfield pools will open in less than two weeks! We’ve put together a list of what you’ll need to know this season.

ID Cards: All Muirfield residents must present a Muirfield photo ID card to enter the pool facilities, whether swimming or not. You must visit the office to obtain a photo ID card. No photos will be taken at the pools this year! Be sure to check out our final late night photo opportunity listed below and read about ID cards.

Pool Schedule: The pools are operating on an extended schedule again this season! Pool hours can be found here.

Swim Lessons: Starting this season, all swim lessons will take place at 11:00 a.m. at the Holbrook pool. This change gives residents the opportunity to stay at the pool after lessons are over. Registration for session 1 of swim lessons will open at 4:00 p.m. on June 4 in the Members Area of our site. If you don’t have an account for the Members Area yet, please register for one well before registration opens. Read more about swim lessons.

Lap Lane: A lap lane is always available at the Holbrook pool. A second lap lane may be added upon request at the discretion of the pool manager.

Concession Stands: Take a break from swimming and the sun to bring yourself and family or friends to the concession stands for a snack! Did you know our concession stands take Mastercard and Visa with a minimum purchase of only $3.00?

All swimming information can be found easily online. Just click the green “Swimming” button in the upper right hand corner to get started.

Final Photo ID Opportunity

Your final opportunity to obtain a Muirfield photo ID card after hours will be Tuesday, May 19 from 4:30 - 6:30 p.m. Please stop by the office if you have not been issued a card yet. Photos will not be taken at the pools this season; photo IDs can only be issued from the Association office. The entire process takes less than 3 minutes per card!

Cards are also issued every day from 8:00 - 4:00 at the Association office. Stop by and see us!

Memorial Tournament Mailer

By now, all residents should have received a mailing from the Muirfield Village Golf Club. Parking passes should have been included.

If you have not received this information or if you have questions, please contact the Golf Club directly at 614-889-6700. Please do not contact the Muirfield Association since we do not have anything to do with this mailing or with parking passes.
