The majority of our residents are responsible pet owners and we
appreciate your care, but lately the office has heard from neighbors
that more and more pet owners are not cleaning up after their pets
while along the paths or on other’s properties. All pet owners
have a responsibility to carry a container to clean up after their pets.
The City of Dublin has an ordinance against persons leaving waste on
properties other than their own. Residents should be aware that a fine
of up to $100 can be levied by the City for each offense. Residents
may contact City of Dublin Code Enforcement at 614-410-4647 with
questions or to report violations.
The Association wants to keep our pathways and common grounds beautiful
and asks for your help. Please carry a pooper scooper and clean after your pets.

Final Annual Assessment Invoice Reminder
The Association appreciates the many residents who have dropped
off or mailed in their payment for the annual assessment.
As a reminder, all invoices must be paid no later than
March 24, 2016
to avoid interest being added to the total.
The Association accepts cash, checks, money orders, and payments
made through your bank's bill pay program. There are no additional
fees from the Association to use any of these methods.
The Association office is open weekdays from 8:00 - 4:30
and an after-hours drop box is located by the office front door.
