Annual Assessment Invoices Sent

The 2014 annual assessment invoices have been sent.

For those not on electronic communications, please keep an eye on your mailbox. U.S. mail deliveries have slowed nationwide and it is uncertain whether this will affect the delivery of the invoices.

For those who have elected to receive communications electronically, your invoice should be arriving within the next 24-48 hours. Please check your spam box if the invoice does not appear in your inbox.

To minimize the possibility of the message being delivered as spam, we suggest “whitelisting” or adding the following domains as approved senders: muirfieldassociation.com and muirfieldassociation.org.

Email [email protected] if your email invoice does not arrive by February 9.

Invoices are due 30 days after the date on the invoice. The Association office accepts checks, money orders, and cash. Please make checks payable to "Muirfield Association, Inc.".

It is possible to pay with a credit card online in the Members Area, but please be aware that there is a charge to do so. Did you know most banks will let you pay your invoice online through their bill pay program for free? Save yourself a check, time, a stamp, and a trip to the mailbox in the snow! Check with your bank to see how easy their program is. There are no additional fees from the Muirfield Association to pay using this method!

Pond Safety: Stay off the Ice!

Please remind your children that the ponds around Muirfield Village and those on the neighboring golf courses are not safe for playing ice hockey or ice skating! The ponds are retention basins and are subject to unnoticed fluctuations of water depth.  This makes the ice very unstable and unsafe. Signs are posted reminding folks that swimming, skating and boating is not permitted on the lakes.

Children have been seen on the ponds this week! When we are alerted, we make every effort to remind them to stay away from the ponds.

Let's all do our part to avoid unnecessary accidents - PLEASE STAY OFF THE ICE!
