The 2019 Annual Assessment invoices have been mailed to those receiving paper communications and emailed to those who have signed up for electronic communications. All invoices were sent between January 28th - 29th.
If you receive email communication please check the inbox and spam of the email address you signed up with for your invoice. The email should have came from the following address, email@example.com.
If you have not received it, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll resend it. Please include your name and address so we can locate your invoice quickly.
