Reminder: our office will be closed Monday, January 21 for Martin Luther King Jr. Day.

Also, it has come to our attention that the form used to request an architect visit may not have been working as intended. We've fixed the problem and it is working again. However, if you have requested a visit and have not heard back, please call the office at 614-889-0922. We apologize for the problem.
Snow Plowing

With significant snow in the forecast, please be aware of the city's plowing priorities. With the exception of the gated areas, all streets in Muirfield are city streets and must be treated and plowed by the city.

Priority 1 is major arteries.

Priority 2 is main roads through subdivisions and streets connecting two or more priority 1 streets.

Priority 3 is residential streets, courts, cul-de-sacs and alleys. These will be serviced once priority 1 and priority 2 streets are cleared. Most Muirfield streets are considered Priority 3 by the city.

Read more about priorities and go to the SnowGo site for current treatment information.

Christmas Tree Recycling

The City of Dublin makes it easy for you to get rid of those real trees with its curbside pickup and residential yard waste composting program.

Collection will take place each Monday in January. Please remove all decorations and place Christmas trees at the curb, free of any wrapping or bags, by 7 a.m. on Mondays. Trees should be cut to lengths of no more than 4 feet.

Snow Emergency Information

Central Ohio is on alert for heavy snow this weekend. Many weather apps provide alerts, but here are some websites that post updates about snow emergencies:

Please stay safe!

If your mailbox was damaged by a City of Dublin snowplow, call the Streets and Utilities Department at 614-410-4750 and tell them your address and that you live in Muirfield. They will call us to arrange for repairs and payment. Even though this article is a few years old, it still applies: read more about winter mailbox damage.

To get real time snow removal and road treatment information, visit the SnowGO page.

With the exception of the two gated communities in Muirfield Village, all streets are city streets and will be plowed and treated by the City of Dublin. Muirfield Association doesn't plow city streets. Please visit the City of Dublin's snow removal page for more information.

To hold a regular yard or garage sale in Muirfield:

  • You don't need to notify the office.
  • Only Muirfield yard sale signs are permitted on properties. You may pick up one free sign and stake at the office. Only one sign may be placed on the property and it must be placed in the front yard.
  • Unauthorized signs are subject to removal. Other signs may be placed outside of Muirfield subject to the City of Dublin's rules.

The City of Dublin has rules regarding yard and garage sales. As a courtesy to residents, we are passing on the following information:

  • The City of Dublin requires a permit to hold a garage or yard sale.
  • Permits cost $5.00 each.
  • Permits are sold Monday-Friday between 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at 5800 Shier Rings Road. Go to the main front desk or the Planning Department desk for assistance.
  • Green and white signs are sold for $1.00 each. (Residents should be aware that only Muirfield signs are permitted within Muirfield Village. The city’s signs may be used right outside of the Village.)
  • Residents may request up to 2 permits a year. Each permit is good for one sale lasting a maximum of 3 consecutive days.
  • Permits should be requested one week in advance.
  • Questions should be directed to the City of Dublin at 614-410-4600.

The city can levy a stiff fine ($102) to persons who hold a sale without a permit; therefore, we strongly encourages residents to obtain a permit.

The Resident Directory is located in the Members Area of the website.

We'd like to add as many residents as possible! Directory FAQs are here. The minimum information required to be in the directory is the name of one head of household and their Muirfield street address. Optionally, residents can choose to include other household members' names, phone numbers and/or emails. Add your listing here!

Our office is located at 8372 Muirfield Drive on the same driveway as the Muirfield Drive (Holbrook) pool and tennis courts. Continue past the tennis courts and you will dead end into our building. We have very specific directions online or download an aerial map and direction here. GPS units are generally unreliable for finding our office correctly.
