For the convenience of our residents and to prevent problems with lost mail (and therefore lost passes), pool guest passes will not be mailed with the annual meeting materials.

You may pick up guest passes at the Association office during regular business hours at any time of the year OR or at either pool during regular pool hours at any time in the season.

  • Each household is entitled to 15 pool guest passes per calendar year. Passes may only be picked up for the current year. All 15 passes will be issued at the same time.
  • Only an adult resident of the household (18 years or older) may pick up passes. Children 17 and under, relatives, guests, friends, nannies or any others cannot pick up passes.
  • Residents may only pick up guest passes for their own household.
  • A Muirfield photo ID is required to pick up passes at the pool.
  • The resident picking up passes must sign for them. All transactions will be recorded.
  • Passes may be used immediately if desired.
  • Lost, stolen or discarded passes will not be replaced.

Guest passes from any previous year may be used at the pools, even if they have a specific year printed on them. Do not throw out your old passes! If you run out of passes, you can still bring guests to the pool by paying $2 per person, per visit.Guests must always go to the pool with a resident.

Please remember that only members in good standing (no outstanding deed violations or delinquencies) may use the pools. Residents who are not in good standing may still pick up their guest passes, but will not be able to use the facilities until they are in good standing.

The Glick Road Bridge over the O’Shaughnessy Dam and Scioto River is in need of resurfacing. Columbus has notified the City of Dublin that it anticipates resurfacing will require the complete closure of Glick Road over O’Shaughnessy Dam for approximately three weeks. This is tentatively scheduled to take place sometime between June 5 and July 14, 2017 (after the Memorial Tournament).

The City of Columbus will provide updates on its construction information website, The City of Dublin will also use its website and social media platforms to communicate updates.

To hold a yard or garage sale in Muirfield:

  • You don't need to notify the office.
  • Only Muirfield yard sale signs are permitted on properties. You may pick up one free sign and stake at the office. Only one sign may be placed on the property and it must be placed in the front yard.
  • Unauthorized signs are subject to removal. Other signs may be placed outside of Muirfield subject to the City of Dublin's rules.

The City of Dublin has rules regarding yard and garage sales. As a courtesy to residents, we are passing on the following information:

  • The City of Dublin requires a permit to hold a garage or yard sale.
  • Permits cost $5.00 each.
  • Permits are sold Monday-Friday between 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at 5800 Shier Rings Road. Go to the main front desk or the Planning Department desk for assistance.
  • Green and white signs are sold for $1.00 each. (Residents should be aware that only Muirfield signs are permitted within Muirfield Village. The city’s signs may be used right outside of the Village.)
  • Residents may request up to 2 permits a year. Each permit is good for one sale lasting a maximum of 3 consecutive days.
  • Permits should be requested one week in advance.
  • Questions should be directed to the City of Dublin at 614-410-4600.

The city can levy a stiff fine ($102) to persons who hold a sale without a permit; therefore, we strongly encourages residents to obtain a permit.

Download all yard sale policies and information here.

Exterior signage is very limited in Muirfield Village. Only certain types of signs are permitted and may only be displayed in accordance with the signage policy.

Residents who wish to display a sign other than a permitted one may place the sign on the inside of a window facing out.

The following types of signs are permitted:

  • One "For Sale" or builder sign may be placed in the front of the property in the buildable area.
  • Political signage is permitted on lots 3 weeks before Election Day and no longer than 3 days following Election Day.
  • One Muirfield issued garage sale is permitted the day(s) of the garage or yard sale.

No other types of signs are permitted on the exterior of homes, including, but not limited to, advertising signs (including contractor/remodeling signs), school signs, banners, "For Rent" (or lease), and seasonal or decorative signs.

As a reminder, signs placed on common ground will be removed. The City of Dublin will remove signs placed in city right-of-ways. Download the signage policy here.

The City of Dublin has a very strict policy regarding solicitations. As such, Muirfield Association does not have a separate policy.

In order for someone to solicit door to door in Dublin, a permit is required. Permits are issued by code enforcement. Applicants must pass a background check. Approved solicitors must wear a city-issued badge and must obey "No Soliciting" signs. Exceptions are persons giving a political or religious message, but they cannot solicit funds.

Any person may put flyers or other marketing material in the wooden mail slot area located under the mailbox. No permit is required for that. However, a solicitor's permit is require to take those same materials onto the property, such as hanging on a door. The USPS does not permit anything to be put into the mailbox itself.

Get more information about solicitations in Dublin and what to do if approached.

The Resident Directory is located in the Members Area of the website.

We'd like to add as many residents as possible! Directory FAQs are here. The minimum information required to be in the directory is the name of one head of household and their Muirfield street address. Optionally, residents can choose to include other household members' names, phone numbers and/or emails. Add your listing here!

Our office is located at 8372 Muirfield Drive on the same driveway as the Muirfield Drive (Holbrook) pool and tennis courts. Continue past the tennis courts and you will dead end into our building. We have very specific directions online or download an aerial map and direction here. GPS units are generally unreliable for finding our office correctly.
