Welcome to Muirfield Village located in Dublin, Ohio

In 1968, Jack Nicklaus teamed up with prominent architects, designers, and builders to fulfill his dream of converting an unspoiled rural area outside the village of Dublin, Ohio, into a world-renown golf club and living community. The result is the Muirfield Village Golf Club, which hosts the annual Jack Nicklaus Memorial Golf Tournament, and Muirfield Village, the premier residential community in central Ohio.

MUIRFIELD FAQs

If your invoice reflects an incorrect amount, please contact the office at 614-889-0922 or email [email protected]. We will correct your invoice and send an updated copy to you.

We will be checking all properties for errors and will be sending an updated invoice to any resident whose invoice was wrong. At this point, new bills will only be sent out to residents that were billed in error. This is a top priority for our office and we plan to have new invoices generated as soon as possible.

Contact us with any questions.

If you have already paid your invoice and realize you have overpaid, you may either leave the overage on your account as a credit or be given a refund.

The office will be reviewing all invoices and correcting amounts as needed. We want to ensure residents are billed fairly and correctly. If there has been an over payment, the resident will be contacted and asked whether they would prefer a credit or a refund.

Call the City of Dublin Streets and Utilities Department at 614-410-4750. Give them your name and address and emphasize that you live in Muirfield. The city will call us with authorization to repair your mailbox. We will repair or replace your mailbox unit as needed and bill the city.

In order for a resident to get the City of Dublin to pay for the damages, they must report it to the city. We can't make a request for repairs on behalf of a resident. The city is very responsive and will report it to us quickly, and we will make every effort to fix your mailbox quickly. Please report the incident to the city as soon as possible.

Muirfield Village is comprised of two counties, Delaware and Franklin, so it is wise to check the status of both counties if you believe there may be a snow emergency. The best place to check is the sheriffs' websites:

Franklin County Sheriff
Delaware County Sheriff (info will be posted on home page if an emergency has been declared)

Delaware County has a number of additional ways it informs residents about snow emergencies.

Other options are to check the local TV station's webpages: NBC - 4, ABC - 6, or CBS - 10.

If you see someone on the ice during business hours, call the office at 614-889-0922 and give us the location. We will send staff out.

Unfortunately, if it is after hours, our staff will not be able to assist. In this case, we ask you to use your best judgement; if it is a child or teen and you know the parent, please contact them. If it is someone you don't know, please consider saying something to them. If you see someone fall in or who appears to be in immediate danger, call 911.

No one is permitted to walk on, skate on, play hockey on, or be on any Muirfield pond ice for any reason. It's simply not safe. We've already had one tragedy this year when a resident lost their dog through the ice. If an animal can fall through, so can a person. Please, please, please STAY OFF THE ICE!

The City of Dublin (not Muirfield Association) is responsible for plowing all city streets, which include every street in Muirfield Village with the exception of the gated areas.

The city first gives priority to major arteries, then main roads through subdivisions, and then residential streets, courts, cul-de-sacs and alleys. To see where the snowplows are at any given time, visit the city's SnowGo webpage.

During a snow emergency, snow removal information can be obtained by calling Streets and Utilities at 614-410-4750.

The following information is from the City of Dublin as of 1/24/18. Please check their webpage for more information and the latest updates: http://dublinohiousa.gov/living/aep-ohio-to-begin-power-line-relocation-in-muirfield-area/

AEP Ohio will be replacing the existing underground power lines along Aryshire Drive in the Muirfield neighborhood. This work is anticipated to take place between February 5 and April 30, 2018.

AEP Ohio has contracted with New River Electrical Corporation to complete this work, which will include digging and using heavy equipment. Affected residents will get notifications from both AEP Ohio and New River Electrical before any work begins.

New River will contact Ohio Utility Protection Service to mark all public utilities. Residents will see paint and flags marking utilities such as electric, gas, phone, water and sewer.

Residents are asked to notify the contractor of any private utilities, such as irrigation systems or dog fences.

Some power outages are possible during the project but will be scheduled and communicated ahead of time. The contractor will make every effort to avoid any unscheduled outages.

Anyone with questions regarding this work may contact Public Affairs Officer Lindsay Weisenauer at [email protected].

We still have firewood available and there's virtually no waiting list! The Resident Directory is located in the Members Area of the website.

We'd like to add as many residents as possible! Directory FAQs are here. The minimum information required to be in the directory is the name of one head of household and their Muirfield street address. Optionally, residents can choose to include other household members' names, phone numbers and/or emails. Add your listing here!

Our office is located at 8372 Muirfield Drive on the same driveway as the Muirfield Drive (Holbrook) pool and tennis courts. Continue past the tennis courts and you will dead end into our building. We have very specific directions online or download an aerial map and direction here. GPS units are generally unreliable for finding our office correctly.
